Fit for the future
This internal training program, which is available to all our employees, has been in successful operation since 1999, and has evolved continuously over recent years. The broad based offering provided by this program focuses on product-specific but also interdisciplinary subject areas. By offering custom-tailored and need-driven training events and workshops, we provide vital support to our employees with a view to making them “fit for the future”.
Young Professionals Development Program (EPNP)
This scheme takes young professionals selected on the basis of their proven potential in the day-to-day running of the business and prepares them systematically to take over senior managerial positions.
The three-year development scheme consists of different practical modules aimed specifically at possible further development steps. Core elements of the program are joint workshops and seminars as well as feedback sessions.
Expert Career Development Program (EPEK)
The Expert Career Development Program (EPEK) is designed to selectively and systematically cultivate technical specialists. The emphasis here is on the further development of interdisciplinary skills, and also social and methodological competence. Transfer to the relevant area of responsibility is ensured by training-on-the-job modules and specialized coaching.
