The HOMAG Group academy will be launched on July 1 this year with training sessions for our service engineers across the globe.
In addition to the training sessions, anyone using the HOMAG Group academy online training platform will find lots of useful functions including a multimedia help facility to simplify access, special communities where you can exchange information with other service engineers, and a media center where you can store any media of particular interest.
The HOMAG Group academy is designed to pave the way for structured, "lifelong" learning and is not aimed solely at the Service Team.
The fact that the service engineer can attend eTraining sessions electronically means that less time is spent attending classroom-based training sessions — this in turn reduces costs considerably.
